On Thursday, councilors will discuss the remuneration of the mayor of Warsaw, Rafał Trzaskowski. The draft resolution provides for maintaining the salary unchanged at 80 percent of the maximum salary stipulated in the act.
Rafał Trzaskowski, as before, will receive approx. 18,293 PLN gross with extras.
The monthly salaries of commune heads, mayors and city presidents are determined based on the provisions of the Budget Act, as well as other regulations and acts. The regulations regulate the upper limit of withdrawals, which cannot be higher than 11.2 times the base amount specified in the Act.
In the previous term of office of the local government, the mayor of Warsaw's earnings were: basic salary – PLN 11,300, functional allowance – PLN 1,033.23, special allowance – 30%. the sum of the functional allowance and basic salary, i.e. PLN 3,699.97 and 20%. internship allowance.
