According to Russian ambassador Denis Alipov, Indian banks are afraid to participate in trade transactions with Russia due to “secondary sanctions from the United States”. We are mainly talking about organizations that are already linked to the USA in some way.
The ambassador also stated that the Kremlin would like to solve this problem at the level of the BRICS countries. Let us recall that during the last summit in Kazan, these countries discussed, among others: the issue of creating your own bypass payment system dollar – which would thus circumvent the imposed sanctions.
