Court judgment: There is a final judgment on the brutal beating in 2014 of the former deputy head of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority Wojciech Kwaśniak. The District Court in Warsaw changed the judgment of the District Court from 10 to 8 years in prison for a former officer of the Military Information Services Piotr Polaszczyk for ordering an attack on a civil servant.
