1. Duda met with Trump

President Andrzej Duda took part in a meeting with former American President Donald Trump organized at Trump Tower in Manhattan in New York.

– You know this gentleman, he is doing a fantastic job – said Donald Trump before the meeting, pointing to the Polish president. “He's my friend and we had a great four years together and I think we'll have to do it again,” he added.

2. Shock in the Mysłowice-Wesoła mine

On Wednesday evening, there was a strong earthquake in the Mysłowice-Wesoła mine. As a result of this incident, one of the miners died – the Polish Mining Group (PGG) reported overnight. Several other employees who suffered in the accident were transported to hospitals.

Aleksandra Wysocka-Siembiga, spokeswoman for the coal producer, said that the deceased employee was 43 years old and had been working in the mine for 14 years. He was pronounced dead by a doctor who arrived at the scene.

3. Penalty on “Fakty” TVN waived

4. Flash flood in Dubai
