She added that she had undergone the centrifuge herself three times.
– Allowing state secrets to be disclosed is obvious – she emphasized. She said that “it is very difficult to act without such clearance for state secrets.”
She referred to Obajtek's words, which were said in an interview with Money. Obajtek, when asked about the employment of Samer A. as the president of Orlen Trading Switzerland (OTS), about which the Internal Security Agency was to warn, assured that all necessary formalities had been observed.
– So we checked people's criminal records, both in Poland and Switzerland, and their security office (the Control and Security Office, an internal unit of Orlen – ed.) – said Daniel Obajtek in an interview for Money. – And then we received a note from the office that – and I quote – Samer A. is a ghostly man, that there is actually nothing about him – added the former president of Orlen.
– I would especially not appoint such a person to any position – commented Grażyna Piotrowska-Oliwa. – The services that check what information they have have various sources, not only the Internet. You can clean up your presence on the Internet, but services have other options, she added.
