Head-on collision of a passenger car with a truck near Koźmin (Lower Silesia Province). One person died at the scene. The road is blocked.
The accident occurred at approximately 1:56 p.m. on provincial road No. 352 past the town of Koźmin towards Bogatynia.
– There was a head-on collision between a truck and a passenger car. As a result of the collision, the driver of the passenger car died. The other driver was not injured – said Senior Captain, MSc Eng. Grzegorz Fleszar from the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Zgorzelec.

As reported by the fire brigade officer, only the drivers were travelling in the cars. As a result of the incident, the truck, which was transporting manure, ended up in a ditch.
