Opole uniforms detained “Elka” for road control. A breat with breathalyzer showed that the 52-year-old student was intoxicated. In addition, it came to light that the man has an active ban on driving, and earlier he had a driving license for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Policemen carried out inspections in the area of Wiejska Street in Opole. In the morning they stopped “Elka”, checking the sobriety of both the instructor and the student.
“The driving instructor was sober. However, in a 52 -year -old student, the breathalyzer showed over 0.5 per mil of alcohol in the breath” – we read in a communiqué.

Further inspection showed that the man had an active ban on driving vehicles in force until 2026. A resident of the Kluczbork poviat also had a previously detained driving license for driving in a state of intoxication.
The 52-year-old is now threatened by a high fine, many years of driving ban and up to five years in prison.
