Policemen carried out inspections in the area of ​​Wiejska Street in Opole. In the morning they stopped “Elka”, checking the sobriety of both the instructor and the student.

“The driving instructor was sober. However, in a 52 -year -old student, the breathalyzer showed over 0.5 per mil of alcohol in the breath” – we read in a communiqué.

Further inspection showed that the man had an active ban on driving vehicles in force until 2026. A resident of the Kluczbork poviat also had a previously detained driving license for driving in a state of intoxication.

The 52-year-old is now threatened by a high fine, many years of driving ban and up to five years in prison.
