On Wednesday after 3 p.m., police officers in Pyrzyce (West Pomeranian Voivodeship) received a report about a man whose behavior indicated that he may have taken drugs. The 37-year-old was running onto the road and stopping cars, posing a threat to himself and other road users. “The man did not respond to the officers' commands and was very agitated. An ambulance was called to the scene. In order to ensure the safety of the man and other people, the police officers used restraining grips on him and put handcuffs on him,” said Deputy Inspector Alicja Śledziona from the Provincial Police Headquarters in Szczecin.
