Krzysztof B., arrested on Saturday, is suspected of shooting a 32-year-old man with a firearm. He heard the charges and by the court’s decision he was temporarily arrested.
On Saturday, we informed tvnwarszawa.pl about a man who reported to a medical facility at Sportowa Street in Raszyn with a gunshot wound to the right knee. The police were informed about this fact. On the same day, the officers detained the suspect. – Police officers from the capital’s independent counter-terrorist subdivision of the police took part in the arrest – described Rafał Markiewicz from the Warsaw Police Headquarters on Saturday.
Charges and arrest
Prosecutor Aleksandra Skrzyniarz, spokeswoman for the District Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw, informed us on Friday that the Prosecutor’s Office in Pruszkow is conducting proceedings against Krzysztof B. – At the request of the prosecutor, a preventive measure in the form of pre-trial detention for a period of three months was applied to the suspect – Skrzyniarz reported.
She also indicated that a man was shot on Saturday in Sękocin Stary. At the moment, the prosecutor’s office does not provide detailed information about the incident itself.
Krzysztof B. faces up to eight years in prison.
