Again in June, she detailed her labor experience, revealing that her water did not break even after she dilated from two to eight inches in about an hour. Uncertain of what to do, Rumer requested her midwife—who, together with Derek, her mother and sisters Scout and Tallulah, 29, had been within the room—if they need to break the water bag.
“‘She goes, ‘Effectively, you’ll be able to,'” Rumer recalled on the Informed Pregnancy podcast, per People. “I am like, ‘What?’ I used to be like, ‘Are you critical?'”
That is when Rumer took issues into her personal fingers. “I reached my finger up there, and I am feeling and it was loopy,” she shared. “I might completely really feel this little bag—it looks like a water balloon, however with a bit harder pores and skin.”
Quickly after, she welcomed her child lady.
