A representative of the Ukrainian Air Force and the deputy minister of foreign affairs of this country appealed to the allies to increase the supply of armaments and the supply of F-16 aircraft. “We are grateful to our allies for military assistance. But this is not enough. Ukraine needs ten times more (armaments) to end Russian aggression this year,” said Ukraine’s Deputy Foreign Minister Andriy Melnyk.
“The winter Russian attacks on critical infrastructure facilities have weakened Ukraine’s air defense, so we need to strengthen it, for example, with F-16 aircraft,” Ukrainian Air Force spokesman Yuri Ihnat said on Saturday.

Ihnat also referred on TV to Ukraine receiving from USAGermany and the Netherlands Patriot systems. As he noted, the systems will significantly contribute to strengthening Ukraine’s air defense and will allow for keeping Russian aircraft at a greater distance from the Ukrainian border.
An appeal to increase arms supplies to Ukraine

The deputy minister stressed that the Ukrainian allies should realize the scale of the ongoing war and urgently increase aid to Kiev.
