New Left MP Katarzyna Kotula was asked in “Fakty po Faktach” what she thinks the process of transfer of power by PiS will look like. “The sooner the better,” she replied. – I spent the last few days cooperating with the social side, and today I also talked to coalition partners. We also talked about it here before entering the program, that there is an urgent need to extend the sentences for people with disabilities, which are about to expire, she continued.
– Today, PiS has put us in a situation where we have to put out fires Law and Justice and the United Right have left us and please pay attention to the fact that new ministers have been appointed in this hypothetical government of Mateusz Morawiecki, but these ministers do nothing – said the MP from the New Left.
– I expected that the new, interim minister of social policy and family, would come out and deal with at least this problem – i.e. the extension of judgments. This is for real, this is for now. I have not heard the minister’s comment on the law on assistance, which suddenly passed from the Chancellery of the President after 700 days, she continued. – Almost two weeks have passed, we are halfway through the activities of this government and I am not able to mention any of the actions of this particular lady today – she added.
Zalewski: there will be many attempts at obstruction
Paweł Zalewski (Poland 2050-Third Way) was asked whether he expected any attempt to obstruct the process of transfer of power. – This was visible at the very beginning, when the ministers tried to speak forever, each speaking for 15 minutes. However, this was not allowed because democracy is not anarchy. So of course there will be many attempts at obstruction, because this government is so used to stools, it is so used to this impunity and theft, he said.

– These three (investigative – ed.) commissions that we have appointed will, in my opinion, quickly show that these words are not empty words, that there were indeed very serious abuses of the law, let’s call it that. So they will do everything not to leave these positions, he added.
– Whatever they say, they don’t want to leave, but they know they have to and they are preparing for it and they are already mentally leaving – he said.
