The incident occurred at the exit from the S8 route, at the Warszawa Zachód junction.
We asked the fire brigade about the situation. – Five cars collided. One person was injured as a result of the incident. She was under the care of the emergency medical team and was transported to the hospital. The fire brigade’s actions consisted of securing the scene of the incident, said senior captain. Kazimierz Jaworski from the fire brigade for the Warsaw West district.
The police received a report about the incident at 5 p.m. – Five vehicles collided: a Skoda, two Toyotas, a Ford and a Fiat. The driver of the Ford was taken to hospital. The remaining drivers were tested for alcohol content and are sober, said Małgorzata Wersocka from the Warsaw Police Headquarters.
One belt of the auger was blocked.
