We are in for an “express change” in the weather. Heatwaves will return to Poland

– Monday was an exception during this successful summer and recent weeks, which were warm and sunny. (…) A big change will begin on Tuesday – said Tomasz Wasilewski on TVN24 in the program “Fakty po Południu”.

As he said, “the low pressure with atmospheric fronts will go away, and in return a high pressure system will come, which is a pressure system that usually ensures good weather”. – There will be an express change – the tvnmeteo.pl presenter noted.

In Tuesday cloudiness will generally be small and moderate. In the north-east, east and south-east of the country, there will still be heavy, with light and fleeting rainfall, up to 5 liters per square meter. The maximum temperature will be from 22 degrees Celsius in Podkarpacie, through 23-24 degrees C in the center of the country, to 25-26 degrees C in Mazovia, Podlasie and Ziemia Lubuska. The wind will be north-westerly, weak and moderate.

The next day, as tvnmeteo.pl weather forecaster Arleta Unton-Pyziołek predicts, a high pressure system will allow warm tropical air to flow into Poland from the south. It will get hot in parts of the country. In Wednesday thermometers will show from 25 degrees Celsius on the Coast, through 28 degrees Celsius in the center of the country, to 30 degrees Celsius in the Lubuskie Land. It will be sunny in all regions. There will be a southerly, weak and moderate wind.

Thursday will bring moderate and heavy cloudiness. Rainfall of 10-40 l/kw will move from the west into the country and storms with strong wind. It should not rain mainly only in the north-east. The maximum temperature will reach from 24°C in Pomerania, through 30°C in the centre of the country, to 32°C in the Podkarpacie region. The wind will be southwest turning from west to north-west, except for storms weak and moderate.

IN Friday will be marked by moderate and heavy cloudiness. In the north-western part of the country, rain will fall up to 5 l/m2. On the thermometers, we will see a maximum of 24 degrees Celsius in Podlasie, through 28 degrees Celsius in the central regions, to 29 degrees Celsius in Silesia. A weak and moderate wind will blow from the west.

On Saturday for most of the country, small and moderate cloudiness is forecast. In the northern regions, it will be large and there will be rainfall of up to 5 l/m2. The maximum temperature will be from 23°C in Podlasie, through 26°C in the center, to 29°C in the region of Małopolska and Podkarpacie. The wind will be westerly, moderate and quite strong.
