Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense, announced that the Polish Army will again play with the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity Foundation during this year’s 32nd final, which will take place at the end of January. “I encourage all military units in the country and in Polish contingents to join this beautiful action,” he added. This is the first time since 2015 that the army will take part in this event.
“The Polish Army will play again with the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity Foundation under the slogan ‘Lungs after the pandemic. We play for children and adults’. I encourage all military units in the country and in the Polish Contingents to join this beautiful action. Together we can do more for those who need support !” – wrote the Deputy Prime Minister and head of the Ministry of National Defense on social media.
“After several years of break, the Polish Army returns to playing with the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. All those who want will be able to play in 2024 – said Deputy Prime Minister Władysław Kosiniak – Kamysz after the meeting with Jerzy Owsiak and representatives of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity Foundation” – we read in a statement on the website of the Ministry of National Defense.
“Jerzy Owsiak, thanking the management of the Ministry of National Defense for this support, emphasized: We will play again in many places throughout Poland. If only there are headquarters that would like the army to visit them, if the units would also like to voluntarily support the Great Christmas Orchestra Help, we will be very grateful,” it said.
This is the first time since 2015 that the Polish Army will play with the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity Foundation.
32nd Finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity
The 32nd Finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity will be held on January 28, 2024, under the slogan “Lungs after the pandemic. We play for children and adults!”. It is accompanied by the motto: “Everything is OK here!”. Auctions organized by TVN and TVN24 journalists appeared on Allegro. The profits from these auctions will be donated to the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity.
