Seven people were killed and a dozen others injured when a bus carrying pilgrims caught fire on the way from an annual festival, police in Zimbabwe said on Monday.

Edwin Selemani of the Anglican Church said some suffered burns and others suffered fractures as they jumped from the burning vehicle. – Four hospitalized people are in critical condition – he added.
The bus did not have a fitness certificate
The services are determining the causes of the bus fire. Transport Minister Hon Mhona said the bus did not have a valid fitness certificate and was carrying 66 passengers.
