Andrew Tate has been served with civil proceedings papers in Romania on behalf of 4 British ladies, their attorneys have stated.

Attorneys on behalf of the 4 alleged victims have stated they’re bringing a case in opposition to the social media influencer on the Excessive Court docket within the UK after the Crown Prosecution Service determined to not prosecute in 2019.

The 4 ladies allege Tate raped and assaulted them and are looking for “damages for accidents they suffered consequently”.

Tate, 37, is accused alongside his brother Tristan Tate.

A consultant for the Tate brothers stated they “unequivocally deny all allegations”, and are “absolutely dedicated to difficult these accusations with unwavering dedication and resolve”.

Three of the British accusers had been the topic of an investigation by Hertfordshire Constabulary.

The Hertfordshire investigation was closed in 2019.

In a press release, McCue Jury and Companions, the regulation agency represening the 4 ladies, stated: “Three of the ladies bringing the civil motion reported that Tate had raped and bodily assaulted them to the UK police in 2014/2015.

“After a four-year investigation, Hertfordshire Police despatched the case to the CPS for a charging determination. In 2019, the CPS determined to not prosecute.

“Regardless of extra proof, the CPS have declined the ladies’s current requests to assessment its determination.”
