To maintain continuity of benefit payments, you must submit an application for 800 plus by the end of April. The first payments for the next settlement period will start in June.
The new settlement period in the 800 plus program will start on June 1 this year and will last until May 31, 2025. Applications for this period can be submitted from February 1.
New application for 800 plus. When does it have to be submitted?
To maintain continuity of payments, the application for 800 plus must be submitted by the end of April. Thanks to this, you can be sure that the benefit will be transferred to your account in June. It can be submitted via the Emp@tia portal, electronic banking, PUE ZUS, as well as via the free mZUS application.
If we submit the application after April 30 but before July 1, we are guaranteed that the benefit will not be lost, but will be paid later. However, if we submit the application after June 30, for example in August, the benefit for June and July will be lost and we will receive it only from the first day of the month in which we submit the application.
Who is entitled to the 800 plus benefit?
The 800 plus benefit is payable to each child up to the age of 18, regardless of their income. From January 1, 2024, the amount of the childcare benefit was increased from PLN 500 to PLN 800. This amount changed automatically, which means there was no need to submit an additional application. Money is transferred only in a non-cash form to a bank account.
