Passengers on a British Airways flight had been handled to KFC after the airline was unable to offer prospects with common in-flight meals.
British Airways (BA) cabin crew dished out the fried hen straight from the Colonel’s bucket to hungry travellers on a long-haul flight from the Caribbean to the UK.
The 12-and-a-half hour flight from the Turks and Caicos Islands confronted some points with its regular meal service over the weekend so resorted to the bizarre different, with there being restricted meal choices on the airport.

One stated: “Kudos to the crew. They did what they may do to serve their prospects.”
In a light-hearted assertion, BA stated: “Our groups sprung into motion and made positive our prospects had one thing to eat.
“We apologise to prospects that their full meal service was not accessible and we needed to wing it on this event.
“We’re sorry if we ruffled any feathers.”
After the flight landed, passengers had been supplied with a refreshment voucher.
