Dominika Chorosińska – who is she?
Dominika Chorosińska is an actress and politician. She was born in 1978 as Dominika Figurska. In 2001, she graduated from the State Theater School in Kraków, and in the same year she became professionally involved with the Polish Theater in Wrocław. He has played roles in the series “M jak miłość”, “First love”, “Agata’s Law” and “Father Mateusz”. In 2019, she ran for the European Parliament, but did not win a seat. “I am running for the European Parliament to develop and protect the rights of the family and to emphasize the role and dignity of a modern woman who has the right to fulfill herself both in professional and family life. Let the family be the heart of Europe!” – she wrote on her website before the vote. The website of the new Minister of Culture also includes a reference to culture: “Polish culture has united nations since the times of the Jagiellon dynasty. Let our heritage inspire the modern continent!” – we read. A few months after elections to the European Parliament Chorosińska became a member of the Sejm of the 9th term. She was also elected to the Sejm of the 10th term.

When Szymon Hołownia spoke at the first session of the Sejm of the 10th term as the newly elected Speaker of the Sejm, Chorosińska shouted at him: “You have talent” – noted the Wirtualna Polska portal. – I watched it too, dear MP, I really appreciated this program – replied Hołownia.
