A 44-year-old who attacked a 14-year-old volunteer collecting funds for the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity in Kościerzyna (Pomeranian Voivodeship) was arrested for three months. The woman faces up to three years in prison.
The press officer of the Poviat Police Headquarters in Kościerzyna, Piotr Kwidziński, informed that on Sunday afternoon the duty officer received a report about an aggressive woman who attacked volunteers collecting funds for the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity.
“The police determined that an unknown woman approached the applicants, who began to be aggressive. The woman first shouted at the fundraisers and then knocked over the 14-year-old volunteer” – Kwidziński reported.

The officers arrested the woman. On the basis of the collected evidence, she heard allegations of criminal threats and violation of bodily integrity. The court imposed a three-month pre-trial detention on the 44-year-old woman. She is facing a prison sentence of up to 3 years.
