A 39-year-old motorcyclist was hospitalized after colliding with a marked police car on one of the streets in Lublin. Preliminary findings show that the police officer did not yield the right of way and the police car did not have its sirens on. The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital.
On Friday (July 21) at approx. At 22.40 in the center of Lublin, a motorcyclist collided with a marked police car.
– The policeman was in the process of intervening. He only had the flashing beacon on in the police car. He didn’t turn on the beeper. Preliminary findings show that during the turning maneuver from the People’s Park area to Aleja PiÅ‚sudskiego, he did not give way to the motorcyclist who was driving from ul. Narutowicza in the direction of Bychawski Square – says Commissioner Anna Kamola from the press team of the provincial police commander in Lublin.

Fortunately, the 39-year-old was not seriously injured
There was a side collision between the vehicles.
The 39-year-old Honda rider was taken to the hospital. The man was not seriously injured. Both drivers were sober.
