The head of the KO club also spoke to journalists before the meeting Boris Budka. He also stated that the topic of the meeting will be the club’s political strategy for the coming months.

– We will talk about the pre-spring offensive in the field, because Marshal (Elizabeth) Vitek organizes two-day sessions of the Sejm twice a month, there will be more time for field work. We will talk about specific ideas of the party authorities for February-March activity, said Budka.

The election campaign is one of the topics of the KO Club’s deliberations

The topic was also to be, as announced by Budka, preparation for the election campaign. When asked whether KO and PO had already given up pushing one electoral list and the club was to start preparing for an independent start, he pointed out that “everyone has to do their own thing”.

– Some colleagues who have a short career in politics assume that if someone organizes conferences, discusses, analyzes, it will be for the best. No, voters expect concrete proposals. We are open to a common list – and about it Donald Tusk says since his return to Poland – but we also have to do our part – said Budka.

When asked if this meant making a decision to start on his own, he replied that KO was still preparing “for every variant”.
