At the beginning of October, YouTuber and performer Sylwester Wardęga published material on his YouTube channel in which he referred to the scandal related to another YouTuber, Stuart B., known as Stuu. According to him, Stuu had, among other things, describe his erotic dreams to a 13-year-old girl, and meet a minor offline. Wardęga argued that other YouTube influencers were also connected with the case.

On Friday, the District Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw submitted to the District Court in Warsaw a request for pre-trial detention against Stuart B. Information about his arrest was announced a day later by the Polish police. “YouTuber Stuart B. ‘Stuu’, who has been wanted since yesterday on an arrest warrant, was arrested today by British police officers, thanks to close cooperation and information provided by police officers from the Office of International Police Cooperation and the Liaison Officer of the Polish police,” it was written on the X platform (formerly Twitter).
“The Liaison Officer of the Polish Police in Great Britain and the police officers of the International Police Cooperation Office at the Police Headquarters were constantly in contact with police officers in Great Britain, indicating Stuu’s whereabouts. The arrest warrant issued yesterday made it possible to arrest him,” the entry added.
