In Sochaczew, a 45-year-old woman wanted to give a bribe to the examiner in exchange for a positive test result. The angry man called the police.
The police determined that the 45-year-old woman, after starting the theoretical exam for professional qualification for drivers for the carriage of goods, wanted to give the examiner money in exchange for a positive test. Outraged by this fact, the examiner did not accept the money and called the police.
The woman was placed under police supervision
The officers arrested the woman and brought her to the police station. In the prosecutor’s office, she heard an allegation of an attempt to bribe “a person performing a public function in order to induce him to violate the law by making untrue statements”, as to the 45-year-old’s positive result of the theoretical exam.
The suspect was placed under police supervision and banned from leaving the country. The alleged crime is punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
