Saturday is the 486th day of Russia’s armed invasion of Ukraine. The troops of the Wagner Group are getting closer to Moscow and can reach it before evening. On the way, they were shelled by Russian artillery and helicopters, said the head of the formation Yevgeny Prigozhin. Ukrainska Pravda, citing a source in the special services in Kiev, reported that Vladimir Putin was to leave Moscow and be transported to his residence in Wajdale in the Novgorod region. An adviser to Volodymyr Zelensky said that Putin’s plane left Moscow for St. Petersburg, but it is not known whether Putin was on board. The mayor of Moscow, in turn, informs that the situation in the city is difficult, a state of terrorist threat has been introduced. Early in the morning, the Wagnerians took control of military facilities in Rostov-on-Don in the south of the country, and later also in Voronezh – about 500 km from Moscow.
