Hundreds of people in Kiev paid their respects to one of Ukraine’s most famous fighter pilots, who was killed last week in an in-flight collision between two trainer planes.
Captain Andriy “Juice” Pilszczykov died in an in-flight collision of two L-39 trainer aircraft in Zhytomyr Oblast, one of the most experienced Ukrainian pilots, Captain Andriy Pilszczykov, died.
Majors Vyacheslav Minka and Serhiy Prokazin were also killed, the BBC reported on Sunday.

“Juice” was a valued pilot of the 40th Tactical Air Brigade and flew MiG-29 fighters. Participated in the air defense of Kiev and other lands. On May 7 of this year, he had 500 combat hours under his belt.
