During the weekend, road workers will be milling the surface of the right lane of Wilanowska Avenue. The works will cover the section from Rondo Unia to Aleja Lotników. Drivers will have one lane in each direction.
The curbs were renovated in April, now it's time for the surface. The works will start on Friday, May 10, at 10 p.m. and will last until Monday, May 13, at 4 a.m. There will be changes in traffic organization. Road workers will cordon off both lanes of Aleja Wilanowska leading towards Puławska Street, from the bus stop at Rondo Unii Europejskie to the intersection with Aleja Lotników (it will be closed). Drivers will use the remaining two lanes – one in each direction.
Detour of the closed section of Wilanowska Avenue Infoulice Warszawa
Leaving the property at Aleja Wilanowska 368c and 370 will only be possible to the right – towards Rzymowskiego Street. During the works, access to the gas station from Aleja Wilanowska and the connection with Aleja Lotników will be closed. The detour was marked along Modzelewskiego Street and then along Lotników Avenue to Orzycka. The pedestrian crossing through Lotników Avenue will be closed. The one behind Orzycka Street will remain open. The zebra crossing at Aleja Wilanowska and the stop at Aleja Lotników will be moved a dozen or so meters further – towards Puławska.
Public transport on detours
Public transport will make detours. Line buses 189, 317, 401, 402 and night N01 and N33 they will bypass the closed part of the intersection (in both directions) along Modzelewskiego Street.
