The men were initially only fined, but when the guards returned to the police car, they noticed that the driver and passenger were bending under the seats for something. “They had something more serious on their conscience than illegal parking,” the city guard said.

The incident happened on the morning of March 22. Around 10 a.m., city guards intervened in connection with the incorrect parking of a Citroen on Å»elazna Street. “The car was parked within the stop area and in the area where no parking sign B-36 was in effect. As officers approached, they saw two men lying on the seats. They woke them up. The men were confused and did not know what had happened. The driver had blood on his nose and The passenger was agitated,” city guards said in a statement.

A breathalyzer test showed that both were sober. The men were fined for illegal parking. As the guards returned to the police car, they noticed that the men were bending under the seats to get something. Officers returned to the scene and found white powder and dried plant material in the car.
