A rain and storm atmospheric front is moving over the country, which on Thursday is expected to linger over the eastern and southern regions of the country, bringing showers and showers. storms.

Thursday will bring small and moderate cloud clouds, which in the east and south of the country will increase to heavy with showers of up to 5-25 liters of water per square meter. In places, mainly in the mountains, thunderstorms with hail and heavy rainfall of 30 l / sq m are possible. Thermometers will show a maximum of 26 degrees Celsius in the north-east, through 29-30 degrees C in the center of the country, to 31 degrees C in the south-west. The north-west wind, only in the west, will blow from the south, weak and moderate, in storms it will be strong and will speed up to 70-90 kilometers per hour.

On Friday, the low pressure from Western Europe will enter Poland from the west along with a cold atmospheric front. Accompanied by storms and downpours, hot, steamy air masses over Poland are to be swept from the west. On this day there will be moderate to heavy cloudy clouds. Showers of up to 5-25 l/sqm are forecast, moving from the west into the interior of the country. and thunderstorms. During discharges, heavy rain of 40 l/sq m can fall, especially in the east. The temperature at the hottest moment of the day will range from 18 degrees C in Western Pomerania, through 27 degrees C in the center of the country, to 29 degrees C in Podkarpacie. On Saturday throughout the country, in the polar air mass, it will be much cooler, without storms, only with precipitation in the east and in the center of the country. The sunny weather will be good in the north-west of Poland. In other regions, it will be cloudy with clear spells and rainfall up to 5-10 l/sqm. On thermometers we will see a maximum of 16 degrees C in Podlasie, through 18 degrees C in the center of the country, to 22 degrees C in Pomerania. The wind blows from the west and north, moderate, at times quite strong and gusty.

On Sunday, the front is to lie in the east of the country, there is also light rain. The rest of the country will be in the area of ​​increased pressure associated with a clear high pressure from Scandinavia. This day will be marked by low and moderate cloudiness, in the east of the country with periods of heavy rain with rainfall totaling 5 l/sq m. The maximum temperature will be from 20 degrees C in Podkarpacie, through 24 degrees C in the center of the country, to 26 degrees C in Lower Silesia. Northwest winds will be light to moderate.

From Monday, lows from western and southern Europe are to direct warm air masses towards us again, and then push further fronts with rain and storms into our area from the west. This day promises to be sunny, only on the western outskirts of the country there will be moderate, growing to heavy cumulus clouds with occasional rainfall up to 5-30 l/sqm. and thunderstorms with hail. Thermometers will indicate a maximum of 25 degrees C in the Suwałki Region, through 27 degrees C in the center of the country, to 28 degrees C in Lower Silesia. The wind blows from the west, weak and moderate, in storms strong, reaching gusts up to 70-90 km / h.

The intertwining of cold and heat is to end with the success of hot air masses, because in the models at the end of June you can see a developing wedge of heat from northern Africa towards Poland and then the Scandinavian countries. The heat wave won’t let up.
