Bus fire on the S5 expressway near the town of Kłoda (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship). There were 11 people in the vehicle. Nothing happened to anyone. The flames were put out by three fire brigades. We received a video showing the fire and the action of firefighters on Contact 24.
The incident took place on the S5 expressway – at the height of the village of Kłoda – on Saturday afternoon.
– Information about the fire reached us at 17.18. When firefighters arrived at the scene, they found the bus fully engulfed in flames. The vehicle was on the emergency lane, said the deputy duty officer of the Municipal Fire Brigade Headquarters in Leszno.

No one was injured in the fire, he added. The 11 people who were traveling in the vehicle managed to get out of the vehicle on their own and walk to the side of the road. The bus was put out by three fire brigades. For the duration of the activities, the section of the S5 road was blocked.
