PKO Bank Polski and Bank Pekao have planned service works for the coming weekend. Customers must prepare for interruptions in access to some services.
PKO BP
On the night from Saturday to Sunday, between 0.00 a.m. and 7.00 a.m., the IKO application will not work, including contactless payments by phone and Blik code.
“Card payments in ATMs and stationary stores will remain unchanged. As part of the protection of online payments with the 3D-Secure 2 card, only authorization with an SMS code and card PIN will be available,” we read in the PKO BP announcement.
“If you can, please complete all necessary transactions in advance,” advise bank representatives.
Bank Pekao
On Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Bank Pekao customers may have difficulties in accessing instructions and orders on investment accounts on the Pekao24 website, the PeoPay application and the eTrader Pekao platform. You will not be able to use the Pekao24 currency exchange office between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.
Moreover, on Monday, from 9:15 p.m. to midnight, there will be a break in access to blocking identity documents on the Pekao24 website, the PeoPay application and the bank's hotline.
Nest Bank
On the night from Saturday to Sunday, between 1:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m., there may be difficulties related to the Blik service. “This means that during this time you may have problems with making transactions using the Blik code. The difficulties do not apply to transfers to a Blik phone,” explained Nest Bank.
