A group of farmers started a protest in the Sejm. The protesters are demanding a meeting with Prime Minister Donald Tusk and announce that they will not leave the building until it happens. – It cannot be that we are given money and the bag from which the money is escaping is still open – said the representative of the protesters, who referred to the issue of controlling grain from Ukraine.
A representative of farmers who spoke to the media said that the borders with Ukraine should be “closed to uncontrolled and untested entry of goods.”
He added that their stay in the Sejm depends on the government. – We came for talks, peacefully – he said. Farmers were in the Sejm at the invitation of MPs from Confederation and PiS.
