“Police officers, fire brigade and emergency power supply were immediately dispatched to the site. The services immediately cut off the electricity,” writes Superintendent Kamil GoÅ‚Ä™biowski from the Municipal Police Headquarters in Lublin in a statement.
He tried to run away
