The Commander-in-Chief of the Military Police, Colonel Tomasz Kajzer, submitted a notification to the prosecutor's office about the possibility of committing a crime of failure to fulfill duties by instructors in the Military Police in Mińsk Mazowiecki. These are people employed in the ŻW who protected PiS president Jarosław Kaczyński. The matter was reported on TVN24 by the deputy head of the Ministry of National Defence, Cezary Tomczyk.

The Deputy Minister of National Defense talks more about the matter Cezary Tomczyk spoke on Tuesday in “Rozmowa Piaseckiego” on TVN24.

– It turned out that a group of (Jarosław) Kaczyński's bodyguards, while de facto performing duties for him, (…) were also employed in the Military Police. At the same time, they did not work for the Military Police, he said, explaining that these were people employed in the Military Police and a private security company who worked for Kaczyński. – They were employed in the Military Police as a second job, he added.

The case “will be clarified by the prosecutor's office”

On Thursday, the head of the social communication department of the Military Police Headquarters, Col. Artur Karpienko, said that in connection with the findings of the Military Control Inspectorate regarding irregularities related to the employment of specialist training instructors in the Special Branch of the Military Police in Mińsk Mazowiecki, who were allegedly not fulfilling their obligation to work at for the Military Police and at the time perform other activities not related to this work, the Chief Commander of the Military Police, Col. Tomasz Kajzer, submitted a notification to the prosecutor's office about the possibility of committing a crime of failure to fulfill duties.

“The case of J. Kaczyński's security staff 'employed' in the Military Police and not performing work for it, but providing work for the president of PiS, will be clarified by the prosecutor's office. A notification in this case was submitted by the Commander-in-Chief of the Military Police,” Tomczyk commented on the platform X
