Prime Minister Donald Tusk commented on three Saturday events in one social media post. He referred, among other things, to Minister Marcin Kierwiński and his speech during the celebration of Firefighter's Day.
In an entry on the X website, the Prime Minister commented on three Saturday events – Iga Świątek's victory in the WTA 1000 tournament in Madrid, victory of Lechia Gdańsk against GKS Tychy and controversial speech by Minister Marcin Kierwiński.
“Divine Iga 2:1 (Queen for a long time), my Lechia 3:0 (almost top league), and Kierwiński 0.0. A magical evening,” Tusk wrote.
On Saturday, Kierwiński spoke during the Firefighter's Day celebration at Piłsudski Square in Warsaw. The way he sounded raised questions about his health and sobriety.
The minister explained that the “not the best effect” was caused by reverberation and poor sound system. Later, he took a breathalyzer test and published the result on X. “Result = 0.0 (per mille – ed.)” – wrote Kierwiński.
