On Sunday, residents of parts of Poland could enjoy a lot of sunshine. Next week looks different. Although the temperature will be high for mid-February, in some regions even spring, we will have days filled with clouds throughout the country. There will also be intermittent rain or drizzle.

After a cloudy and rainy Saturday, Sunday in the eastern and partly central regions of the country passed under the sign of sunshine. In some places the sky was almost cloudless. The situation was different throughout the day in the western part of Poland, where there was a large and complete cloud cover.

As Tomasz Wasilewski announced in “Facts in the afternoon” on TVN24, tvnmeteo.pl presenter Tomasz Wasilewski, “this humid weather from the west will move to the center”. For the next three days, cloudy weather will prevail throughout the country with clearings or minor clear spells. On Monday, they will only appear in the western and northern regions.

“High impostor” will affect the weather

As the presenter said, “paradoxically, the weather will be taken care of by the high pressure tomorrow, but it will be a bit of a high pressure scammer who, despite the high pressure, will not necessarily bring sunny weather to us.” He added that in its center, located above the Alps, the atmospheric pressure will be as high as 1040 hectopascals. IN in Warsaw the pressure on Monday will be around 1020 hPa and will fluctuate.

– This is how it happens in winter highs, and sometimes in autumn, that they bring moist air, and this will be the case tomorrow – explained Wasilewski. These types of high-pressure systems, carrying heat but moisture, low-lying clouds, fog, and often drizzle or light rainfall, are also referred to as rotten highs.
