IMWM published the forecast of meteorological threats for the next few days. Just before the weekend, storms are expected in parts of the country. During the weekend, violent weather will begin to cover an increasingly larger area of Poland.
Forecasters from the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management (IMGW) issued a forecast of alerts for the following days.

Although IMWM does not plan to issue further warnings on Thursday, storms may occur on Friday. Level 1 alerts ahead of them may apply in the western part of the voivodeship West Pomeranian Voivodeship.

What is the IMWM first degree meteorological warning?
The first level warning provides for conditions conducive to the occurrence of dangerous meteorological phenomena that may cause material losses and pose a threat to health and life. Expect difficulties resulting from carrying out activities in the hazardous area, including delays caused by traffic disruptions, disruptions to outdoor events or the possibility of their cancellation.
