The incident took place on Friday afternoon on the streets of St. Petersburg. The bus suddenly veered off the road, rammed two cars and drove into the Moika River. There were 20 people inside the vehicle.

According to the latest data from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, three people died and six passengers were taken to hospital. Four of them are in critical condition.

The second objection concerns the provision of services that do not meet security requirements. The maximum penalty for this crime is 10 years in prison.
