Already Morozovsk airport a day before the Ukrainian drone attack, it could have even been there 30 Russian planesincluding 26 fighter-bombers Su-34 and three multi-role fighters Su-30/35 – says a military analyst nicknamed “MT Anderson”, cited by Euromaidan Press. The base is located in the Rostov Oblast, 265 km from Rostov-on-Don.
“On the attack at least six Russian military planes were destroyed and caused significant damage to another eight. Moreover, as a result of the incident, approximately 20 Russian soldiers“- said the website's informant.

The Ukraińska Pravda portal, citing sources in the Ukrainian security service, reported that the operation was organized jointly with the defense forces.
It was indicated that the Morozovsk airport is key point for Russian air operations, and the Su-24, Su-24M and Su-34 bombers stationed there were actively used by Moscow for attacking Ukrainian positions and cities.
On the night from Thursday to Friday, Ukrainian drones simultaneously attacked several Russian military bases – also in cities Jeysk in Krasnodar Krai and Engels in the Saratov region. Local residents took to social media to say there were dozens explosion.
Meanwhile Ministry of Defense of Russia claims that air defenses shot down over 50 unmanned aerial vehicles.
