The government in Kiev has banned the use of the letters Z and V on individual car license plates as symbols of the war that Russia is waging against Ukraine. It was also forbidden to place symbols related to Nazism, communism and the Russian army on such boards.
About the resolution on this matter, which the Council of Ministers Ukraine adopted on April 21, it was reported on Saturday.
