On Sunday, storms appeared, among others, in Pomerania, Western Pomerania, Kujawy, Warmia and Mazury, Lower Silesia, Greater Poland and Lesser Poland. The phenomena were accompanied by heavy rainfall and strong wind gusts of up to 60-90 kilometers per hour.

Flooded streets
There was thunder, among others, in the town of SÅ‚upca (Greater Poland Voivodeship). The roads there were flooded after the storm.
The Institute of Meteorology and Water Management issued first-degree hydrological warnings for southern Poland on Sunday due to forecasted storm rainfall.
“In areas where forecasted storm rainfall occurs, especially in small mountain and foothill streams as well as in urbanized areas, there may be sudden increases in water levels, and the warning levels may be exceeded for a short time,” it was written.
A first-degree hydrological warning indicates water levels in the zone below the warning levels, with a sharp increase in water levels observed or forecast, with the possibility of their local, short-term levels being reached or exceeded.
