The Russians struck Kharkov at least four times, hitting civilian buildings. One of the drones hit a 14-story building. Several apartments were destroyed and a woman was killed.
Mayor of Kharkov, Ihor Terekhov, said that another drone hit paramedics helping civilians.
“Two of them died on the spot and one on the way to the hospital,” the State Service said in a statement Ukrainy for Emergency Situations.
