The incident took place around 11 am in a single-family house in Sulejówek. – The man was lighting the stove with a flammable liquid. There was a fire – says Kamil Płochocki from the fire brigade in Mińsk Mazowiecki. He added that the fire was minor. – We located him in the boiler room. Our actions consisted mainly of providing first aid to the injured man who was burnt – noted the firefighter.
Two fire crews were at the scene. An air ambulance helicopter also landed.
Artur Wegrzynowicz from tvnwarszawa.pl describes that there are traces of soot on the building. – The helicopter landed in a field located a few hundred meters from the scene – he reports.
He added that the police were also on the spot.
