The Russians are advancing in the Donetsk Oblast. They did it take over the town of Ocheretyne located north-west of Avdiivka. Footage taken right after the capture of the town appeared online, showing cheering Russian soldiers.

On Monday morning, the General Staff of the Armed Forces Ukrainy reported on social media that over the past 24 hours, over 100 towns in several districts were under artillery fire. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation also announced the occupation of the village of Łastoczkino in an official statement. At the same time, representatives of the Russian army emphasized that the occupied town was particularly important for the Ukrainians due to the possibility of supplying their units there.
